Though she doesn’t like doctors, she finds Malfatto at least of some use to her. He buys things from her, he tends to her when ill, etc etc.
It’s a mutual business thing. She might consider friendship but she doesn’t believe in friends. She believes in work.
Something she takes pride to.

The female smelled the blood and tilted her head, then seeing the body and shrugged./ Can I check her pockets? She might have some nice things for me to sell?
“She has a nice necklace, that would be worth something. Help yourself to what ever you find. May be hard to see in the dark with all that blood though,” He turned and walked back over to his work.
The female stepped into the dark before her gloves hands would feel about the dead female, ripping off the necklace, stealing her coin purse and tucking the items away./ You should still be asleep Malfatto.
Lia stood there, sliding her blade back in and with a sigh, looked to him. /You are an odd man… Can’t sleep and yet you tell me to sleep… Whatever is wrong with you this time? Should I knock you out? /She smirked./ I’d gladly do it.
“I am just having a little fun, would you like to join me? You can find out where the liver is in the body,” he chuckled and waved his hand towards the most likely dying woman.

Upon hearing the voice, a huff came from her chest as she glared. “Malfatto, this doesn’t sound like you resting either… And you are far off worse then I…. I was taking a nightly stroll if you didn’t bother caring in the first place.”
“I couldn’t sleep,” He stood up and moved over to greet her. “Do you have any large jars? I’ll return the crate tomorrow. You look a bit pale, or is it the lighting?” He felt her forehead nonetheless.

“Who are you!?” She barked, demanding to know the odd sounds./ Come out and show your face!” She barked, having her voice echo and bounce off the walls of the empty street.
Malfatto jumped, dropping his scalpel. Was that Lia? He picked the scalpel up and looked towards where the voice came from. “Lia, is that you? This does not look like sleeping or working,”

Upon hearing the snap, Lia turned her body quickly and started to walk, almost in a crawl, her hidden blade at the ready incase she was to be attacked. Her guards on high alert, she looked all around to make sure she wasn’t ambushed by the dreadful assassins.
The doctor was too busy in his work to notice the templar woman moving closer to where he was. Blood dripped and he removed the scalpel. Carefully he moved away the skin and muscles to get down to the intestines and organs.

Lia heard, in the distance, a faint scream. Though she wasn’t one to get up and help, she did however tuck her book back and lightly jogged to the screaming sound. It wasn’t like Lia to do such a rather boring task, but anything that would make her curious, would get her problems off her mind.
With her boots shuffling, Lia kept a steady pace, the screaming still ringing in her head. After the ringing stopped, she did as well, looking from left to right as to what the ruckus was about. With having no luck, Lia decided to once again, aimlessly wander about.
Soon the sound of a bone cracking sounded close by, filling the quiet’s night’s air.
The woman had passed out, her legs bending the wrong way. Broken, the pain had overcame her. Beside, if her legs breaking did not knock her out then the next step would have. The doctor took out a scalpel, cutting down from the top of her dress down to her waist. Clothes were ripped open and the scalpel was soon pressing against the soft skin.
